In a first for the industry both consumers and Installers have access to a complaints service that has 'teeth' and the power to enforce its awards.

Objectives of The Ombudsman Scheme

"To bring together a group of high quality, specialist installation businesses from around the UK with the purpose of promoting best practice and providing consumers with a professional installation and guarantee. It also provides, free of charge to consumers, a mechanism to have complaints and grievances investigated by way of mediation or arbitration (using independent inspections where deemed necessary) with results which are fair and reasonable in the circumstances."
