Manchester-based installation company Radcliffe Glass & Windows says sales have ‘significantly increased’ since becoming a member of the Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme (DGCOS) in June. Clive Powers, Managing Director of Radcliffe, says his sales team have made good use of the marketing materials, which include a ‘Peace of Mind’ pack outlining the benefits of the scheme to homeowners, and a DVD, both featuring TV’s Nick Ross. “Our customers see us as a reputable, high end company that offers something extra,” explains Clive, “and they are far less likely to negotiate on price.
