From its 12th century abbey to its famous patterned shawls, Paisley boasts a rich history and is one of the largest towns in Scotland. Owing its growth primarily to the textile industry, the Paisley Thread Mill Museum is one of the town’s many attractions, but there is more to Paisley than meets the eye. Around the centre you will find a number of Scottish tenement flats, stretching three to four stories tall, whilst the areas surrounding the town are home to residential conversions, terraced houses and Victorian villas. Unsurprisingly the weather can be wet and cold in Paisley, and many homeowners have installed energy efficient double glazing to keep their homes warm.
Central Scotland Joinery is acknowledged as one of Scotland’s largest and most recommended home improvement companies, specialising in windows, doors and conservatories. To ensure that all of their installations are second to none, all of their fitters are fully qualified with a minimum of five years experience.
